Every home is fully stocked: bedding, towels, cookware, dining ware, Keurig coffee maker, toiletries, iron, hairdryer, laundry detergent, and all standard household supplies. The Glass House also includes a drip coffee maker, garment steamers, and a garment rack.
Yes — for all events. Event insurance typically costs approximately $200 and protects against unforeseen circumstances.
Military discount, weekday wedding discount, and 15% off packages booked for January, February, and July.
Yes. Caterers, bartenders, transportation, and fireworks vendors must be selected from our approved list. No outside wedding planners are permitted — the in-house team manages all coordination.
Yes — any kind. For weddings, a licensed bartender from the approved vendor list is required. Self-serve stations are permitted for rehearsal events.
Venue access runs from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM on event days. Music must conclude by 10:30 PM. All guests should vacate by 11:00 PM.
Yes. Rehearsal dinner events are available as part of select packages or as an add-on. The Glass House is the most popular rehearsal dinner location on the property.

Yes — Day-of Coordination is included in every wedding package. Your coordinator connects one month prior to finalize your timeline, floor plan, and vendor contacts. On your wedding day they manage everything: ceremony direction, setup, vendor coordination, breakdown, and any unforeseen situations.
The Barn accommodates up to 250 guests. The Glass House accommodates up to 40 guests for ceremonies and events.
Pontoon boat rental, swimming, kayaking, hiking on 40 private acres, lakeside gathering at Cocktail Cove, sunset views from every home, and fireworks with an approved professional vendor. Corporate guests can also add yoga, massage therapy, and team-building programming.

Yes. Guests regularly arrive directly by boat to the property's waterfront. Smith Lake access is one of the resort's signature features.
Up to 60 guests across the five homes: The Glass House (18), Cape NOLA (18), Cottage One (10), Cottage Two (6–8), and the Glass House Cottage (6). Individual homes can also be booked separately.
Yes — and most guests do. Booking all five lakefront homes along with one or both event venues gives your group complete, exclusive access to the entire 40-acre property. No other guests, no shared spaces. This is the most popular configuration for destination wedding weekends, full corporate retreats, and large family gatherings.
